We may be able to assist with a further copy or a replacement document depending on the records held for your original application.
Previous Deed Poll applications
To help us locate your previous application, please provide as much information as possible when contacting us.
This should normally include your previous name, your new name, your approximate application date and the email address or postal address used when you originally applied.
Who can request a copy?
For privacy and security reasons, documents and information relating to a previous application will only be provided after we are satisfied that the request is being made by the person concerned or by someone who is legally entitled to act on their behalf.
We may request additional information to verify your identity before processing your request.
If we cannot locate your previous record
If we are unable to locate sufficient information relating to your previous Deed Poll, it may be necessary to prepare a new or replacement Deed Poll document.
We will explain the available options before you place any new order.
